💫DEPOSIT: a non-refundable deposit is required upon booking any services. 💫if the appointment is cancelled for any reason (within cancellation terms) your deposit will be held as a credit until rescheduled, no refunds are offered on the deposit. 🔮CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING: I require more than 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to booking. Failure to contact me prior will result in loss of deposit and full payment will be required before rescheduling. (This policy is set in place to protect my business regardless of the reason for cancellation.) 🔮NO-SHOWS: If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to pay for your appointment in full. If you want to rebook, i will charge 100% of the service at time of booking. 🔮APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULING LIMIT: Rescheduling your original appointment limited to no more than 3 times. If you can not make any of the scheduled appointments, your deposit will be forfeited. 🔮REFUND POLICY: Refunds are not offered on any deposits or any completed services (During appointments, you will be asked on many occasions if you’re happy with your nails, and this is your time to speak up.)
